I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. You won't get rid of all the Rust; but you will get rid of lots!

Every exercise is done in the comfort and convenience of your own home !
Over the 8 Sessions, you will add strength to your entire body; particularly your legs and lower back. We will do Legs, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, Back and Hands/Wrists. We will also do a lot of work on Posture and balance.
At the end of our 8 Sessions together, you should:
The investment for the full Use It or Lose It Program is currently $240, a massive discount of 33% on our usual price of $320.
Use It or Lose It is available as a Group Program for groups of 5 or more people. The Group Fee for the full 8 session Program is $160 per person. Our normal Fee for this Group program is $ 215.
Individual Sessions are available at a discounted Fee of $50 per Session.

It's easy. We work within the constraints of your current levels of strength and flexibility.
NO. All our work is done either in a Chair; or standing up.
All you need is:
a Chair
a Tennis Ball
2 cans of Soup
a Broom handle { ideally with a rubber stopper at each end to prevent slips }
NO. We don't charge monthly ongoing Fees. We only charge you once !
You will need to be able to use a Computer; and to download and operate either Zoom or Microsoft Office Teams.
YES. We plan to offer Videos and E Books shortly. They will be available at a discounted rate for both individual and bulk purchases.
NO. After each Session, we will schedule the next suitable time for you. We only ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you can't make a Session. If you DO NOT give us at least 24 hours notice; we will count that ' no show ' as one of your Sessions.
